You can hire a coach.
But to truly build self-confidence in a skill or your ability? You HAVE TO DO THE WORK.
It’s reps that build confidence. Reps on reps on reps.
Everyone starts ugly. Everyone lacks confidence. It’s only through taking action, refining your craft, and gaining experience that you improve. Improvement begets self-confidence.
Speaking. Writing. Lifting. You name it. If you’re fearful and lack confidence in doing something, start taking action this week and do it. Over and over and over again.
You can’t get better at it until you get going after it.
